Date: Saturday, July 2, 2005 Time: Starting at 9:00 AM
Location: SSC Elementary in Heron Lake
Races: ½ mile run/walk, 1 mile run/walk & 4 mile run (Okabena to Heron Lake)
Registration: All registrations will take place from 8:00-9:00 a.m. at the SSC Elementary. Pre-registration participants will just need to check in. Cost is $10 prior to the event and $12 day of the event. All participants will receive a T-shirt.
Logistics:
Registration will be at the SSC Elementary parking lot starting at 8:00 am. The 1/2 mile run/walk will start at 9:00 a.m. from the elementary. The mile will start at the conclusion of the ½ mile. The participants for the 4 mile run will be bussed over to Okabena (starting point) immediately following the 1 mile run/walk. The race will conclude at the SSC Elementary.
Age Divisions:
0-6, 7-12, 13-17, 18-29, 30-39, 40-64, 65 & older
Prizes:
Each race will have a T-shirt for each participant, ribbons 1-5 in each age division, medals for the first place finisher in each age division, and trophies for overall female and male performance.
